Should I leave the dye on the hair 40 minutes after departure, or color is available in the hair?
I use Revlon Colorsilk 05 Ultra Light Ash Blonde. My husband thinks it is necessary to start the stopwatch immediately before the entire media is in my hair I say it starts after the dye in my hair. What is the correct way? I know it has nothing to do with my daughter, but I ask all my questions here.
I start the timer when all the hair dye.
