What better food choices can do to win the game of life
Here is the real toxic to be aware and remember this is that you and your family to provide care and health considerations.
- Organic food are good for you. Food sprayed with herbicides, pesticides and other toxins are not. Make the right choice!
- Insecticides or hormones eaten or injected cows can pass into breast milk, which becomes their milk. Scary!
- The fat is where toxins are stored in mammals. Therefore, when you eat animal fat, you may be eating their toxins, too.
- Anti-fuels are fuels loser.
- Sugary drinks engine, fries, and candy boxes that sit on supermarket shelves for weeks, are for the most fuel labmade cons. Unreal.
- Bullets made artificial laboratory as, cheese and ice cream are false. Get Real!
- Fake food is disgusting.
- Mant shake shake fast food are loaded with artificial false who knows what! Try making your own healthy smoothie with yogurt, fruit and nuts. As Shake delicious vanilla and almonds!
- Fake products can hang around your digestive tract for long! All we know is the truth and love for our abs!
- How you think a hamburger meal faster than your body can not digest sitting in your intestines? More than day? No, usually much longer. Ask me I'll give you a very good burger recipe lean turkey no problem.
- Your body can handle Toxins of a packet of French fries. The problems start when the battery in the fries, soft drinks, fast food burgers, toaster pastries, cereals, soft light, cheese, chicken nuggets and cookies with chocolate chips every day. Need I go! These bad decisions toxins and stress physical aspects of their sport, the more stress from school. Then the head of the agency as to the absolute overload. Only Much of this body through the magic of you can manage to break on you. "Overload, exaggerated!" Sometime and somewhere, he said only "Enough".
- Would you put sodium in the gas tank of your car? Are you a Pinto or a conservatory? Come choose your phone! Do you think the engine you broken? Well guess what Soda has no place in your body either.
- It is easy to eat more friends not enemies. Your friends are drinking water, vegetables, fruits, nuts, legumes, other cereals, fish and lean meats. The enemies are (simple carbohydrates), hydrogenenated and trans fatty acids in foods false accusation.
- Keep junk food is 1 meal per week as their reward to nourish your body with incredible fuel for better performance. So while enjoying the fresh food like a juicy red apple and spoon of organic peanut butter!
- Crocodiles have lived for millions of years fish in fresh food! Hmmm makes you wonder is not it!
