How to mount a sub in an enclosure?
What size screws I need to get my subwoofers in my premises, I have 2 12 "MTX Jackhammer subs Audio and 2 12 "MTX Audio Thunder 4500 subs, which I think all the subs are the same size holes in them. So what size I need to get my subs in my box?
Here's what I use: http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/pshowdetl.cfm?&Partnumber=260-846&FTR = # 20screw 20Machine% 10% & CFID = 8100477 & CFTOKEN = 93078726, together with the following: http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?&Partnumber=081-1088 screws with T-nuts are much better than ordinary wood screws when mounting subs are. You can remove and replace several times without exhausting the subject species. The bolt to below is a security chief, who needs a bit special to remove it. If you prefer not to bother with this you can get screw regular 10/32.
