Can I have two batteries connected to a generator. one for my SS / amplifier and the other things for the car?
I have a second battery and alternator Second I want ... then please do not recommend! but I know if I have a dedicated battery to power my SS / amplifier and another for nothing and maybe a little for the subs / amp ... Is this possible?
Install the second battery with a battery isolation. Vector wire ignition vehicles so that the cells are separated when the vehicle is turned off. Route all cables to the amplifier a second battery. Having a second battery will not work hard the alternator. The load on the alternator caused by the amplifiers could be a problem, but there is no problem to have the extra storage capacity (except for the cost) of a battery booster.
