How an investor in my vehicle?
I want to install an inverter in my car, I know that is directly connected to the battery my. Here are my questions 1) how to AMPS call if im using 1500 watts, about 15 minutes per hour of driving? 2) Should I upgrade my alternator? 3) life Battery me shorter? 4) if the car is running or only function during the first 15 minutes before start? Thank you guys and girls for your help!
I throw one in my motorhome with two deep cycle batteries. It will give you a half hour running TV, satellite receiver and sound system. These batteries have a capacity far more than the car battery. Try them for 15 minutes without the engine running, with a considerable burden, May you only have to walk home. At full load, we will draw 15 amps or more of your battery.
