What is Master Roshi maximum power level when used as a chicken?
I'm curious about their level maximum power possible. I remember that he is able to destroy the moon during the tournament in his fight with Goku. This attack is probably greater than power level of 139 as shown in Wikia and stronger ki attacks in Dragon Ball. If your power level is very high, why not use it during his fight against Piccolo although it may reduce its agility? Thank you
