How do I get music from my computer on my BlackBerry through the data cable supplied with the Blackberry?
Have you a BlackBerry Curve 8330 with Sprint, can not understand how come my Limewire songs into my library on my phone data cable .... can someone tell me what to do and how to put these songs as ringtones?
First, you need a memory card. Installation memory card on your BlackBerry (remove the battery, and there should be a right slot memory card of the SIM card). After putting in the memory card save the battery and turn on the phone. Connect your phone to the computer and the phone is in mass storage (the phone requested to submit when you connect). Go to My Computer and Blackberry G removable once you've passed the default folder, there should be four files: music, pictures, ringtones and video. If you want the phone to the music as the music, drag the music file in the folder music. If you want it to be a ringtone, drag a folder tone. Once done, wait a minute or two for the phone to finish loading data, and unplug it. Go to your media player, and music and ringtones should appear. Good luck!
